Our guests and their opinions matter to us. We encourage them to fill out comment cards while they’re here and write reviews about their stay. Many reach out via Facebook, TripAdvisor, and GuestRated.com. At the end of the year the staff puts together an in-depth, collective survey. It ranges from asking guests their opinion about entertainment, pools, sites, customer service, and numerous other park amenities. These surveys provide an excellent source of feedback in regards to our guest’s likes, dislikes and suggestions. We’ve implemented many new improvements and park additions based on the results we received from these survey. They are essential for us to not only make the park better but our customer service too! For everyone who submits this end of the year survey within the allotted time frame are automatically entered to win a free week of camping during the upcoming camping season.
