Spring and Fall Seasons at the Lake George RV Park are some of the best times to visit. Not only do they tend to be a little quieter, but our Spring and Fall rates are usually much lower than our Summer rates. Keep in mind that there are reduced services available during weekdays in the Spring and Fall Seasons and some event weekends do fill up quickly. If you’re interested in visiting during one of our shoulder seasons, be sure to check out our discounted flex packages. These packages allow to you keep your RV on the same site for the length of the package, while using your ‘bank’ of stays to stay at your convenience.
Spring Season:
The park is beginning to bloom in early May! There are many local events taking place including Americade and the Elvis Festival in early June as well as many craft and food festivals during the weekends. Click here for a full schedule of events. Our outdoor pools open on Memorial Day weekend and remain open daily through Labor day weekend. In addition, spring is an excellent time to visit the numerous local history spots and area museums.
Fall Season:
The days get a little shorter and the nights a little cooler but Fall is truly a magical time at the park. There is a local event just about every weekend. Adirondack Nationals car show is usually the first weekend after Labor Day Weekend bringing with it over 1000 custom classic cars and hot rods. Later in September, the Adirondack Balloon festival takes place with over 100 hot air balloons lifting off daily. October brings a great variety of events including Oktoberfest, maple sugar festivals and a variety of music festivals. Don’t miss the spectacular Fall Foliage! Take a cruiseboat ride on Lake George for some of the most breathtaking scenery. Click here for a full schedule of events.
