The Log Jam Restaurant
Whether you’re visiting the Lake George – Saratoga region – or you live here all the time – The Log Jam Restaurant takes pride both in the beauty of the Adirondacks and in providing you with superb food and accommodating hospitality in an authentic log cabin. If it weren’t for the aromas of sizzling steaks, you just might think you walked into an Adirondack logging camp of 100 years ago. An old pot-belly stove warmly greets you at the front door, wood plank floors stretch beneath your feet, pine logs cut from the mountains above Lake George surround you, and three massive stone fireplaces provide the perfect romantic setting. The Log Jam Restaurant is open daily, 363 days a year, for lunch and dinner. The mood is perfect for “Casual Adirondack Dining.”
he Docksider is a year round restaurant and bar situated on the scenic shores of Glen Lake, adjacent to a public boat launch. Diners may arrive by boat, car, truck or motorcycle. Our restaurant features casual dining menu items including burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, soups, steaks and seafood. We also have a great children’s menu available and a daily special is featured each day with many of our customer’s favorite dishes.
During the summer, diners can eat on the large outside deck while watching boaters, water skiers, kayakers, and more. Fall and spring the deck is enclosed and heated. In the winter, dine in our cozy fireplace room or get comfortable in our lake room and watch the activities on Glen Lake when ice fishermen and ice skaters can be seen. Wherever you decide to sit, you can watch your favorite sporting event on one of our flat screen TV’s.
We look forward to serving you!
