April Showers Bring May Flowers!

April has finally arrived and it’s quite a significant week. Not only is April 1st known as April Fool’s Day but it is also opening day of trout season! Hopefully all the lakes, streams and rivers are thawed so all the fishermen and women can enjoy opening day! March 31st was opening day of baseball season one of America’s favorite pastimes and the unofficial confirmation that spring is here. April 2nd is a very important day here at the park. It marks 1 month until opening day for our 48th season. It’s been a long, harsh winter but everyone is more than ready for spring. With a sunny forecast this week and temperatures remaining in the 50’s were optimistic that all the park’s snow will be gone by the end of the week! Time is flying by, don’t forget to call and make your reservations if you haven’t already! We will see everyone soon!
