Camping Traditions

Tis the season for traditions! Whether it’s with friends or family, the holidays are a time when many people have yearly traditions. Maybe you always have ‘Friendsgiving’, or a yearly tree lighting you attend? It could be a special dinner dish that you always look forward to or a cookie exchange at the office. These traditions might have been passed down for generations and truly make the holiday season complete. We think that traditions don’t just occur during the holiday season. They can happen any time of year and for any reason. For example, many of our guests have traditions while camping! Maybe you even have traditions without realizing it? Do you always make smore’s on the first night of your trip? Maybe it’s a tradition that everyone goes and plays bingo together one night? Perhaps there’s a local restaurant that you always eat at during your stay. Did we mention some of your camping traditions? We’d love to hear what other camping traditions you might have! No matter what or when your traditions are, we hope they always leave you with happy memories to last a lifetime.

Lake George RV Park - Fun in Site!

Our current scheduled opening has been moved from Friday, May 8 to Monday, June 1 based on recent information provided us by Warren County and New York State Department of Health.  Governor Cuomo’s most recent public comments regarding his plans for a phased reopening of the New York economy clearly indicates that our Park will be unable to fully serve the needs and expectations of our guests through the end of May.  We still remain hopeful that our loyal guests will be able to return and enjoy camping in June.
