Fall Foliage

It’s that time of the year again, when Mother Nature paints the mountains. While the leaves are just beginning to change, the colors we are starting to see are breathtaking. If you plan on visiting the park and are looking for a unique way to see the foliage this fall, take a look at a couple of our suggestions below. Anyone can take a drive but how about being completely immersed in your surroundings. Click the links below to learn more. Also, don’t forget campers, October 1st is just around the corner.   1. The Gondolas at Gore Mountain– For a small fee, you can ride up the face of Gore Mountain and see all of the foliage and vegetation in the area. They have a four seater gondola that is great for families!
  2. Adirondack Extreme– For the adventure seekers, there is a great way to check out the fall foliage…zip lining! There are adventure courses set up in the trees and a zip line that is set in the tree tops.
