Family Activities in Lake George 2022

There are so many family friendly activities to participate in around the park.  If you travel east on Route 149, there is a 36 hole mini golf course called Hillbilly Fun Park.  They have two courses to choose from and an ice cream parlor that serves hard ice cream and soft ice cream.  It is a nice scenic drive through the area that is far from the hustle and bustle of Lake George Village.  There are two other mini golf courses on Route 9 in Queensbury that are accessible using the trolley system also.  Pirate’s Cove is 2 miles south of our park.  They offer 2 courses of differing difficulty.  The Blackbeard Course is the more difficult course, while the Captain’s Course is less challenging.  Both courses travel around a large pirate ship and have greens that cut through the waterfall on site.  Don’t worry; they won’t make you walk the plank!  Right next door to Pirate’s Cove is Adventure Racing.  Here, your family can visit the arcade, go in the indoor bounce houses, or race each other with go karts.  Younger family members can ride with an adult in the two person go karts if they don’t meet the height restriction to drive their own.  Less than a half a mile from Pirate’s Cove is another family friendly fun complex called The Fun Spot.  Here families can roller skate to pop hits spanning the decades on their indoor rink.  There is a large indoor playground for the little family members and a ninja warrior course for the bravest family members.  There is a two story laser tag experience for families to team up against each other, or an arcade to win fun prizes.  Outside they offer go karts, an 18 hole mini golf course, and even an option to pan for gold!  No matter how you choose to spend your family time, there are plenty of opportunities to make lasting memories together!
