Labor Day Weekend is almost here! The unofficial end of summer which is bitter sweet to us. While we are sad to see our summer season end, fall is also a beautiful time that we love here in the Adirondacks.
For Labor Day Weekend, beginning on Friday, September 4th, the outdoor pools will be open until the end of the weekend, as will the paddle boats. The office and the store will both be open from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm. The park trolley will be operating from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. There will still be nightly movies at 8:00 pm, and an animated movie at 1:00 pm. The Family Lodge will be open from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. The arcades will still be closed.
Friday, September 4th, there will be a DJ Dance Party! DJ Timko will be spinning some family friendly tunes so you can show off your best moves! Start practicing your floss and dabs now! Saturday, September 5th, Comedy Juggler Mark Nizer will be performing in the French Mountain Playhouse. Mark has won the International Juggling Championships and played all around the world, wowing the audiences at venues such as The Kennedy Center and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Mark’s shows are one of the most popular theatrical events in the entertainment market today. Sunday, September 6th, enjoy the comedy ventriloquism of Lynn Trefzger. Lynn has a trunk full of crazy characters that have appeared with her on ABC, TNN, A&E, and Lifetime Television! It is sure to be a fun experience for everyone in the family!
