This coming weekend is going to be a real treat here in Lake George. In addition to the Worlds Largest Garage Sale that takes place up in Warrensburg, Lake George will be hosting two different Oktoberfest Celebrations and the 1st Annual Wagen Fest!
As usual, the Great Escape will be having their popular Octoberfest celebration, but this year, Lake George will be having an Oktoberfest celebration of its own! The festival will take place alongside Wagen Fest Classic Car Show which will showcase 26 years and older, model Air-cooled and early Water-cooled Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche. The festivities will include street entertainers, bounce houses, German Car parade, German Food & Oompah Bands, Fireworks over Lake George & more. The celebration will take place at the Steamboat Company Parking Facility on Beach Road in Lake George Village and run all weekend, Saturday 10AM – 10PM & Sunday 10AM – 5PM. Entrance Fee: ONLY $5!!
