March has arrived, and with it is the common proverb, in like a lion out like a lamb. If you’re not familiar with this saying it is referring to the changing weather conditions. According to the folk tale if the month kicks off with bad weather it will end with pleasant weather. We all know that this isn’t always the case; in fact it is rarely the case. Especially here in upstate New York the weather begins to change and get nicer but those days are still few and far between by the end of March. And coming off of a winter as awful as this one it feels like spring will never arrive, let alone by the end of the month. However it’s important to remain optimistic! The sun has been shining more and you can begin to feel the bitter cold breaking. Stay positive campers spring is coming and opening day is less than 9 weeks away!
