Located only 3 miles south of our camping resort, each fall The Great Escape is offers two very popular family events: Oktoberfest (September 18 & 19) and Fright Fest (October 2 – 11, weekends only). Oktoberfest is a celebration of German heritage, including ethnic foods, various beer games, music, dancing and other family activities. By day, Fright Fest is complete with thrills on rides like Sasquatch and the Comet but beware! At night the park turns into a haunted playground with roaming ghouls, a witch hanging, Skull Manor Haunted house, and much more.
