- Do your research. Before you make a reservation at our park it’s helpful to know a little background information first. Our website and mobile app are great resources that will provide you with important insight. This could be information such as the operation of our amenities, site locations or area events. This will help you decide the next helpful suggestion.
- Know your dates. This is one of the first questions you are prompted to answer via online or by telephone. In order to check availability, we will need your specific dates. Have your calendar handy and know your RV information! It also helps to be in a quiet space where you can concentrate and be focused. We also suggest having a scrap sheet of paper available and writing utensil. You can take notes on important questions and answers you might have. Or just simply jot down your confirmation number and other information.
- Have payment information ready. The majority of our reservations require a deposit at time of booking. Have your payment information ready for when it’s time to provide it.
