For those campers coming to visit us at the beginning of August, we offer you a look into one of the areas best kept secrets that will allow you to take some time to try something new. During August 6th & 7th you have the opportunity to visit the Stony Creek Mountain Festival, a culmination of the areas finest Bluegrass bands. This event kicks off with craft vendors, food, music, entertainment, kids activities and lots more. Even Lumberjack Competitions are scheduled for Sunday, August 7th during the festival. Local Adirondackers travel from afar to enjoy the charm of the Stony Creek festival and it still to this day remains a popular choice with those who visit the area year after year.
