The winter Olympics are quickly approaching, as the games officially begin on Thursday February 8th in PyeongChang South Korea. We love the winter Olympics, especially with such a close proximity to Lake Placid, where the winter games have occurred before we can’t help our excitement as the games draw closer this year. Also being from a colder climate, where winter sports are so prevalent in our general area, there are numerous area athletes that will be attending this year’s winter games, which is pretty cool too. It’s also fun when the summer games occur as it is during our camping season. We love putting the summer Olympics on in our Family Lounge where campers can congregate and cheer on USA together! Can you believe that this is the last full week of January campers? That means camping season is right around the corner.
