Rates range from: $109 – $209
- Above RV campsite rates reflect nightly all-inclusive rates. There is no additional charge for use of any of our Lake George RV Park services or amenities. Limited services and facilities are provided in the off-season. (May 8th – June 25th & August 30th – October 12th)
- Rates include 2 Persons, additional persons $15.00/night.
- Ages 12 and younger are FREE.
- Maximum 8 persons per site.
- No tent sites.
- Holiday reservations (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Columbus Day) require a minimum night stay and cancellations must be received 14 days prior to date of arrival for full refund less $10 service charge.
- Due to Memorial day weekend and Americade running concurrently, no reservations will be accepted with an arrival date of Sunday, May 24th, 2026 even if confirmed online. Guests must arrive the Friday or Saturday prior or Monday after.
- Non-holiday reservations receive a full refund less $10 service charge if cancelled 48 hours before date of reservation.
- Maximum 6 campsites per group reservation.
- All golf carts are subject to a $60 registration fee at check-in per stay.
- Maximum reservation length is 30 days, unless management approved.
- As of Monday, March 9th we are no longer accepting requests for the East end of our park for any reservations going through July 2nd – 4th.
- As of Monday, April 13th only 7 night minimum stays are available for reservations going through July 2nd – 4th.
- As of Monday, April 27th we are no longer accepting requests for the East end of our park for any reservations going through May 22nd – 24th.
- As of Saturday, May 16th – 2 night minimum for Memorial Day Weekend for campsites only.
- As of Monday, June 1st we are no longer accepting requests for the East end of our park for any reservations going through June 18th – 20th.
- As of Tuesday, June 2nd we are no longer accepting requests for the East end of our park for any reservations going through July 9th – 11th, or July 23rd – 25th.
- As of Wednesday, June 24th we are no longer accepting requests for the East end of our park for any reservations through July 30th – August 2nd or August 6th – 9th.
- As of Sunday, July 26th we are no longer accepting requests for the East end of our park for any reservations through September 10th – 13th.
RV campsite deposit requirements are as follows:
- Spring and Fall Season – $200.00 – per reservation for two nights stay or longer
- Summer Season – $300.00 – per reservation for two nights stay or longer
- 4th of July Weekend – $627.00 – per reservation for 7 nights stay or longer.
- Memorial Day Weekend, & Labor Day Weekend – $627.00 – per reservation for three nights stay or longer.
- Columbus Day Weekend – $507.00 – per reservation for three nights stay or longer.

Other Important Information:
- Above rates include 2 persons, any additional persons over age 12 are $15.00 per night
- All daytime and overnight visitors are $15.00 per person (Visitors staying less than an hour may contact the front desk for a refund.)
- Check-in begins at 1 p.m.
- Check-out REQUIRED by 11 AM. Extra fees apply for late departure.
- There is a maximum of 8 persons per site.
- NO TENT SITES! An RV must be present on site to permit tent usage in our park.

Park Model Rates range from: $275 – $425 per night plus taxes (11%)
Deluxe Cabin Rates range from: $385 – $595 per night plus taxes (11%)
All units must be paid in full for their nightly rates within 10 days of making reservations
Park Model RV Rentals
- Rates include 6 adults maximum.
- 3 night minimum on select rental units.
- 3 night minimum on holiday weekends, Car Show and Balloon Festival weekends. Special rules, cancellation policy, and restrictions apply to this program.
- All stays are subject to New York State sales tax (7%) and a local occupancy tax (currently 4%).
- Rental units 356, 357, 358, 359 3 night min. from 6/26/26 – 9/6/26
- All units are pet friendly and requires $300 security deposit

Deluxe Cabin Rentals
