The Annual Adirondack Balloon Festival is one of our favorite events of the year and it’s coming up quickly! For the event’s 50th anniversary we can only hope that this will be the best one yet! The festival starts on September 21st and wraps up on the 24th. On Thursday the opening parade and events will take place, Friday will feature over 50 balloons taking flight as well as the craft fair and some live music, Saturday will have morning and evening events and Sunday morning will be the last part of the celebration with close to 100 balloons flying. A lucky few can even take a ride on one of the hot air balloons!
