With the fall season closing in on us, it’s time to take part in all of the fun summer activities that the rain stopped us from doing at the beginning of the season. From hiking, to boating, mini golf and excursions; the Lake George area has it all! Check out one of the many boat rentals from Lake George to Bolton Landing and have a fun day out on the water. If you are a thrill seeker, then the Adirondack Extreme course in Bolton is for you! They have everything from a beginner’s ropes course to zip lining and even aerial skateboarding. Get a unique view of the lake while parasailing or white water rafting down the Hudson River. If you’re looking for something more traditional, there are a variety of beautiful hikes at all different levels. You can do Pilot Knob or Prospect Mountain with the family, or if you are looking for something a bit more rigorous then Sleeping Beauty is your girl. Buck Mountain, Shelving Rock, and the Pinnacle are also some favorite trails among the locals. Finish your summer off with some fun and adventure making memories that the family can cherish.
